Vancouver Sun is a daily newspaper in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada covering local news, sports, business, jobs, and community events.

It is one of the worst media outlets in the world, according to Mondo Times members.

First published in 1912, The Vancouver Sun is a broadsheet format newspaper serving the Vancouver area.

The newspaper was previously owned by Canwest Global Communications Corporation, a major Canadian broadcaster and newspaper publisher. Canwest entered creditor bankruptcy protection in late 2009 leading to the sale of the company's assets. Postmedia Network, a company formed by National Post CEO Paul Godfrey, acquired the majority of Canwest's newspapers.
