l'Unita

l'Unita is a daily newspaper in Rome, Italy covering local news, sports, business, jobs, and community events.

L'Unita is an Italian newspaper founded in 1924 by Antonio Gramsci as the official newspaper of the Italian Communist Party. Today it is linked with the Italian Democratic Party. The newspaper ceased publication in 2000 for nearly a year, due to financial troubles. It is a relatively small newspaper with a circulation of about 60,000.

This newspaper is owned by Nuova Iniziativa Editoriale S.p.A..
