Canal de la Ciudad (XHTV TV 4) is a TV station in Mexico City, Mexico covering entertainment programs and local news. Founded in 1950, XHTV channel 4 analog and channel 49 digital is a flagship TV station of Televisa. Known in Spanish as Canal de la Ciudad (The City Channel) it targets the Mexico City metro area and much of the programming reflects life in Mexico City. It is available also through a few satellites and translators outside Mexico City and its available nationwide on the SKY satellite service and selected cable systems. Also, some XHTV programming is on Televisa's local stations across Mexico. This TV station is owned by Televisa S.A. de C.V.. The web site is presented in the Spanish language.
