WHOI TV 19 is an affiliate of the ABC Television Network.

WHOI TV 19 broadcasts local news, sports and community event coverage to the heart of Illinois. It also broadcasts new and syndicated entertainment programs. On March 2009 WHOI and its CW subchannel were taken over by NBC affiliate WEEK-TV under a joint sales agreement and shared services agreement. This resulted in the station closing its studios and moving to WEEK's facilities.

This TV station is owned by Barrington Broadcasting Group LLC.
