KSNC TV 2 began broadcasting on November 28, 1954 as KCKT, under the ownership of Central Kansas Television Co., Inc. On August 16, 1982, KCKT changed its calls to KSNC. On July 24, 2007, then-owner Montecito Broadcast Group announced the sale of KSNC to New Vision Television.
