WDKA TV 49 is the MyNetworkTV affiliate station in Paducah, Kentucky, broadcasting across western Kentucky, southeast Missouri and southern Illinois. It is the sister station of KBSI TV 23 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri; the two stations share offices and studios in Cape Girardeau.
Prior to September 2006, WDKA was affiliated with the WB network. On February 22, 2022, Cox Media Group announced its purchase of the station from Standard Media Group, a subsidiary of Standard General L.P.
