Mondo Times editors Boulder Colorado USA | Posted at 8:40pm on Tuesday, June 16th, 2009 | The Seattle Times Company has sold the Kennebec Journal and the rest of the Blethen Maine newspapers to a group led by Bangor native Richard L. Connor, the Portland Press Herald reported on June 16, 2009.
Connor is editor and publisher of the Times Leader in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The new owner is called MaineToday Media Inc. Connor will serve as editor and publisher of the newspapers in the purchase.
