NJTV (New Jersey TV) is a state-wide public television network made up of four full-power TV stations serving the state of New Jersey. The stations are WNJS TV 23 in Camden, WNJT TV 52 in Trenton, WNJN TV 50 in Montclair, and WNJB TV 58 in New Brunswick.
NJTV is operated by Public Media NJ, Inc. (PMNJ), which is a subsidiary of WNET, the public broadcasting organization based in New York City. NJTV replaced what was known as the New Jersey Network (NJN). NJN was shut down by the New Jersey state government on June 30, 2011. At that time, WNET became the owner of NJTV and Public Media NJ, Inc., formerly known as the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority (NJPBA).
