Capital News 9 is a cable television 24-hour news channel serving New York's Capital District. Launched in October 2002, it is one of six local news channel operated by AOL Time Warner's regional cable companies.

Its programming can be seen on channels 1 or 78 in Queensbury, channel 1 or 97 in Canajoharie, and on either channel 7 (northern) or 95 (southern) in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. In April 2008, it began simulcasting its audio full time on local radio station WUAM 900 AM.

This TV station is owned by Time Warner Inc..
