Re: Project Daily El Dia/Curacao

Dear Mr. Alberto,

Following our telephone conversation on Thursday,October 4, 2007, I would like to inform you as follows.

I am planning to establish a spanish newspaper service on a non profit basis to the spanish speaking community in Curacao. The newspaper will be named El Dia and would be available at usual distribution points in the morning hours.

The idea is for the newspaper to carry the local news as well as international information related as much as possible to the various spanish nationalities on the island, such as the Dominicanos, the Colombianos and the Venezolanos.

In order to make this idea a reality, I would like to have El Diario/la Prensa's approval to download from its daily news coverage only the specific information allowable to be included in El Dia. That information will appear in a section under the heading El Diario?La Prensa.

I am looking forward to your positive response towards my giving our latin community the opportunity to stay abreast of what's going on around them locally as well as internationally.
