Cold Can't Keep Carolina Skiers From Cataloochee

WLOS TV 13 reported om January 4, 2010:

"Skiers and snowboarders are still coming out in droves, despite the cold temperatures.

They say the trick is having the right gear, and wearing lots of layers.

Meanwhile, members of the ski patrol are constantly out on the slopes, checking on people, and warning them of the risk of frostbite.

So far, there have been no weather-related injuries or accidents at Cataloochee."
