Duke University Chronicle is a daily newspaper in Durham, North Carolina, USA covering university news, education, sports, and campus events.

The newspaper is published five days a week, Monday through Friday.

The Chronicle is an independent newspaper at Duke University and is actually older than the University itself. The first issue of The Trinity Chronicle was published December 19, 1905. Trinity College became Duke University in 1924 and the newspaper continued to cover campus news and the world around it, becoming a daily paper in 1968.
