WRGT TV 45 is an affiliate of the Fox Television Network.
WRGT TV 45 began broadcasting on September 23, 1984. It was owned by Act III broadcasting. Act III merged with Abry in 1994. A few months later, Abry merged with Sinclair but sold WRGT to Sullivan Broadcasting. Sullivan then outsourced WRGT's operations to Sinclair. WRGT was subsequently sold to Glencairn, Ltd., a company controlled by the founding owners of Sinclair. Glencairn later changed its name to Cunningham Broadcasting.
