KPDX TV 49 is a TV station in Portland, Oregon, USA airing MyTV network programs, local news and weather.
The station is an affiliate of the MyNetworkTV Television Network.
Since February 2018, KPDX TV 49 has been known as "Fox 12 Plus." It is the sister station of the Fox network affiliate station in Portland, KPTV TV 12, known as Fox 12. KPDX airs some Fox network programs along with prime-time local news and MyNetwork TV programs.
KPDX began broadcasting on October 9, 1983. The station was purchased by First Media in the mid-1980s and Meredith Corporation acquired the station in 1997.
On December 1, 2021, Gray Television closed on its acquisition of KPDX, KPTV and the rest of the Local Media Group of Meredith Corporation, adding 17 television stations in 12 markets to the Gray portfolio.
