The Germantown Chronicle is a local community newspaper serving the northwest Philadelphia neighborhood of Germantown. The publication replaced the Germantown Courier that had a continuous presence dating back to 1935. The Journal Register Company shut down the Germantown Courier then some of the staff from the JRC operation became the staff of the Germantown Chronicle.

Circulation: 18,000 copies
