Grant county for your information: you have a man from Lancaster wis, whom is 52 years old and on his 7,8, or (9th) offense a (G felony) for case #2009cf000160 (public record)@ wicourts.gov
drunk driving with Grant County and was in prison only once for any of his drunk driving offenses the rest have been served as only county time, and no treatment. Now Grant County is offering only 3 years in prison,3 years probation. three years?? what happened to the 3 strikes your out law?? Look at the number of drunk driver offenses he has had? (9) and how many chances to stop?? and only 3 years prison and 3 years probation. the maximum he can receive is 10 years in prison and a $25.000 fine not even 1/2 of the full punishment allowed by law??? I have a 20 year old nephew killed by a drunk driver and don't want this to keep happening, so we must stop and punish drunk drivers that can't learn there lesson especially when it's there 7th-8th or is it his 9th time? Not to mention he keeps getting his license back every time!! Please help save our children,grandchildren,mothers,fathers, friends, and everyone on the road. Please help stop this man and all the other drunk drivers out there like this. So please tell the courts/senators how we really feel and quit cutting deals like this.He is 52 years old and has had way to many chances and still hasn't learned. If our children kept getting
into mischeif we speak once or maybe 2 times and there are consaquences as parents we must follow through like being grounded or time out's till they get it right. But not a 52 year old man who gets 7,8 and 9 chances and still is on the streets
today, still not punished or sentenced!!! PLEASE stop this man and all the other drunk drivers like this now before it's to late for your family and friends. Arrested on 9/14/2009 and still on the streets today!!! Don't appear back to court till 12/22/09 !!!!!!!!!!!
