The newspaper is published five days a week, Monday through Friday.
The Badger Herald debuted in the fall of 1969 as an alternative voice covering the turmoil of the Vietnam protests. A fully independent campus newspaper reflecting the tastes and perspectives of the students of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
