RM Fairfax County, VA | Posted at 2:59am on Thursday, April 2nd, 2009 | The DC Examiner's circulation numbers are grossly inflated and do not accurately reflect readership. They will not stop delivery despite numerous contacts, which seems to be their regular practice. My neighborhood is littered with unwanted papers. Advertisers should be aware that they're likely not getting what they are paying for if their rates are based on circulation numbers.
