Colorado Daily is a daily newspaper in Boulder, Colorado, USA covering local news, sports, business, jobs, and community events.

The newspaper is published five days a week, Monday through Friday.

Covering the University of Colorado at Boulder and its surrounding communities since 1892, The Daily is offered free at many venues and street stands around Boulder.

It was CU's student newspaper until 1971, when it went independent after an editorial angered the school's Board of Regents. In September 2005, owner Randy Miller sold the paper to the E. W. Scripps company. In August 2009, Denver based MediaNews Group, owner of the Denver Post, took over the newspaper becoming its parent company.

The Colorado Daily is now owned entirely by Denver-based MediaNews Group, Inc., it was announced on August 27, 2009. In 2006, E.W. Scripps Company and MediaNews formed Prairie Mountain Publishing Company, which was owned 50/50 by the two companies. When E.W. Scripps shut down the Rocky Mountain News in early 2009, they also announced that they would sell their interest in Prairie Mountain Publishing to MediaNews Group.
