Founded in 1993, City Vision Cape Town is a weekly community newspaper published in two editions -– Khayelitsha and Langa/Gugulethu/Nyanga. The newspaper is distributed door to door and free of charge in the black townships of the Cape Peninsula, including Khayelitsha, Gugulethu, Langa and Nyanga. The paper reaches 80,787 households in the townships every Thursday. City Vision focuses on local people and events, including marriages and parties.
