DD National

DD National is a India TV network covering Television Entertainment.

DD National originally launched in 1995 as DD World, was renamed in 2002. The programming offers international viewers an update on the Indian social, cultural, political and economic scene. DD National is a service of Doordarshan Television. Doordarshan is owned by Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India), which is India's national public broadcaster.
