Channel One Russia is a Russia TV network covering Television Entertainment. Channel One has the widest reception area and largest budget of all television channels in Russia. The government controls 51% of the channels' shares. Its headquarters are in the Technical Center "Ostankino" near the Ostankino Tower in Moscow. It offers political coverage and entertainment programs including Russian adaptions of American programming. This TV network is owned by All-Russia State Television and Radio Company. The web site is presented in the Russian language.
