Founded in Paris in 1835, Agence France-Presse is the oldest news agency in the world and the largest news agency in France. Along with Associated Press and Reuters, AFP is one of the largest in the world. It has offices worldwide, reaching thousands of subscribers via radio, television, newspapers and companies.
