AARP The Magazine is published bimonthly for members of the American Association of Retired People, and is delivered to them as part of their $16 annual AARP membership fee. AARP The Magazine is the largest circulation magazine published in the U.S., estimating 35 million readers.

The magazine is the result of the merger of Modern Maturity magazine and My Generation magazine. Modern Maturity and My Generation are no longer published.

It is one of the worst American media outlets, according to Mondo Times members.

This magazine is owned by American Association of Retired People.
