News of the Force is a USA web site covering Military.
News of the Force is a free Internet military e-zine, providing news and information about the United States armed forces. The site contains a notice near the bottom of the page that reads as follows: "Nominated for a 2011 Pulitzer Prize for online journalism/investigative reporting." What the site fails to also mention is that, according to Pulitzer Prize rules, any person may submit an entry for consideration, and therefore technically term themselves a nominee. Entrants selected by juries to be considered for the Pulitzer Prize are referred to as "nominated finalists".
