Mondo Times editors Boulder, Colorado USA | Posted at 1:05pm on Tuesday, October 20th, 2009 | In August 2007, Bruce Wasserstein sold American Lawyer Media to British publisher Incisive Media, which publishes Legal Week and is owned by the investment firm Apax Partners.
The deal was valued at $630 million.
American Lawyer Media publishes American Lawyer and The New York Law Journal.
