Bloomberg Markets magazine, a monthly publication for investors and business professionals, has named Michael Dukmejian as publisher, reflecting the magazine's growth and Bloomberg's commitment to expansion of its media products.
"There isn't anyone more qualified, experienced and passionate to become publisher of Bloomberg Markets magazine than Mike Dukmejian," said Bloomberg News founder and editor-in-chief Matthew Winkler, to whom Dukmejian will report.
Before joining Bloomberg Markets magazine, Dukmejian was executive vice president at SourceMedia Inc., where he managed the Professional Services Division. He spent more than 26 years at Time Inc. in a variety of positions in publishing, sales and marketing, most recently as group publisher for the Fortune and Money Group and CNNMoney.com. Dukmejian earned an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree in political science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
