Today it is published in many local editions around the world. The American edition of Marie Claire was launched by the Hearst Corporation in 1994. The magazine features fashion and beauty articles, but also covers cultural news, health and nutrition, celebrity profiles, and lifestyle and entertainment stories. Marie Claire has a monthly circulation of 950,000 as of 2010.
