Published quarterly, Disney Twenty-Three magazine is the publication of the Walt Disney fan club. Both the club and the magazine are also known as D23, which is a reference to the year 1923 when Walt Disney opened his fledgling movie studio in Hollywood. D23 gives members a greater connection to the world of Disney with stories about movie productions, characters and the creators behind the scenes.
