American Heritage is a USA magazine covering History. With vivid writing and graphics, American Heritage celebrates America's past and present, depicting political, military, social and cultural life in the USA. Previously owned by Forbes Inc., the magazine suspended publication in May 2007. It was then acquired by Edwin S. Grosvenor who plans to relaunch the publication with a December/January 2008 issue. Grosvenor paid $500,000 in cash with the assumption of about $10 million in subscription liabilities, bringing the total total value of the deal to $11 million. This magazine is owned by Edwin S.
