Heather Sickels Boulder, CO | Posted at 12:31pm on Thursday, January 8th, 2009 | New York, NY, November 17, 2008—Boating Magazine has named the Chaparral 400 Premiere the 2008 Boat of the Year in the December issue, which hits newsstands November 18.
“No boat has exceeded our standards for breaking new ground like the Chaparral 400,” said Boating Vice President, Editor-in-Chief Randy Steele. “Its unique hull design is what really impressed us. That design allowed them to expand the boat's cabin, making the boat feel at least 10 percent larger than any comparable model.”
