Eric Kallgren Boulder, Colorado USA | Posted at 12:36pm on Monday, March 23rd, 2009 | March 10, 2009: American Express Publishing announced today that Travel + Leisure Golf will cease publication after the March-April 2009 issue.
The bimonthly magazine had reduced its rate base from 625,000 to 500,000. Mediaweek reported that ad pages in the first four months of 2009 were down 31.4% to 98.
This is the second Travel + Leisure magazine spinoff to shut down -- Travel + Leisure Family ceased publication in November 2007.
