Q: What are the differences between Mondo Times and Easy Media List?
A: Mondo Times is the worldwide media guide, and you use it like you would any directory of information. In contrast, Easy Media List gives you complete, downloadable media lists for a particular location or business topic. With Mondo Times membership you have an annual subscription to use the directory, while at Easy Media List you simply pay for each media contact list you want to download.

Q: Which is best for me -- Advanced or Professional Membership?
A: Both membership levels give you contact information for thousands of media outlets across the United States. But Professional Members receive more than Advanced Members -- 5 credits to download media contact lists from Easy Media List.

Q: I am an Advanced Member. Can I upgrade to Professional Membership?
A: Yes. It's easy to upgrade to Professional Membership.

Q: Can I pay by phone?
A: Yes. If you prefer not to make an online payment, you can pay by phone. Call us at 720-565-8455 or contact us online and provide your telephone number, and we will call you to complete the payment.

Q: Which media outlets are covered?
A: Mondo Times covers all kinds of newspapers, magazines, radio stations/networks, TV stations/networks, and news agencies (note that we cover only a few music radio stations). If you find contact information missing for a particular media outlet, let us know and we will do our best to get it. Advanced and Professional Members receive priority response to questions and requests.

Q: Which countries are covered?
A: Mondo Times is the worldwide guide to news media. However our contact information only covers media in the United States. We do not recommend that you purchase an Advanced or Professional Membership if you need contact information for any other country.

Q: What are the terms and conditions of Membership?
A: Your usage of Mondo Times is subject to our terms and conditions. Your membership payment will be made to Mondo Code LLC, the company which owns and operates Mondo Times. And, your privacy is assured by our strict privacy policy.

Q: What if I need a media list for press release distribution?
A: You can use Mondo Times Advanced Membership to build your own media lists. Or, you can use our sister service Easy Media List. Easy Media List is the fast and affordable way to obtain media contact lists for American media.

Q: Do you offer a discount to non-profit organizations?
A: Yes. We provide a 20% discount on Easy Media Lists and a 20% discount on Mondo Times Advanced and Professional Memberships to 501(c)(3) organizations in the USA. Proof of non-profit status is required. Contact us to arrange to use this discount.
