The official publication of the New York State Bar Association, The Journal was founded in 1876. It provides news and information relating to the practice of law in New York State, on business, criminal, elder, environmental, labor and employment, real property and trusts and estates law, as well as other general topics of interest to attorneys. The Journal is published nine times per year and distributed to members free of charge as a benefit of membership.
