Just wanted to let you all know that I very much enjoyed my time in Newell. I
was staying with Al and Milly Violett(uncle and aunt) and my son Troy attended the middle school there. What a difference from what my son and I were used to! My son really misses his friends and comments frequently on how he misses the way Newell residents would wave at other drivers whether they knew them or not.
