ABC Television Network is a USA television network.

One of original American broadcast television networks and one of the largest, the ABC television network was founded in 1927 as part of the National Broadcasting Company. Popular ABC shows include Modern Family, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars and Jimmy Kimmel Live.

The American Broadcasting Company (ABC) was bought and sold several times, ending up in the hands of the Walt Disney Company in 1996. The network operates ABC News and ABC Sports. ABC distributes programming to over 200 affiliated TV stations in the USA.
