FYI

FYI is a USA television channel.

Before July 2014, FYI was known as Bio and before that as The Biography Channel. FYI is a lifestyle television channel geared to an upscale, younger audience with how-to programs such as home improvement, cooking shows and reality TV.

The Biography Channel was launched on January 1, 1999 and focused on biographical shows about celebrities and historical figures. It also aired programs previously seen on A&E including Murder, She Wrote and The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. The name of the channel was changed to Bio in 2007, although The Biography Channel brand was still used as a subheading within the channel logo and for other network business.

This television channel is owned by A+E Networks.

Wait. William Shatner? Yes, it was Mr. Shatner, the “Star Trek”...
