CBC Television

CBC Television is a television channel in Canada.

CBC Television is the English-language television network of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), Canada's national public television and radio broadcaster. The CBC, known in French as Société Radio-Canada, also operates a national French-language TV network called ici Radio-Canada Télé. Along with public funding, the CBC is supported by commercial advertising.

CBC has presented a 24-hour schedule since October 2006. One of the most popular shows is the weekly Saturday night 'Hockey Night in Canada.' The CBC was established in 1936.
