Weekly World News

Weekly World News is a USA newspaper covering Comedy and Parody.

The Weekly World News published its final print issue on August 27, 2007, though the website lives on. The newspaper was published for 28 years, focusing on fabricated stories of the strange and bizarre, frequently involving alien creatures. WWN broke the story of Hillary Clinton's affair with a space alien, and featured the misadventures of Bat Boy. Circulation of the paper had fallen to 83,000 in 2007, from a peak of 1.2 million in the 1980's. It was the lowest circulation weekly published by American Media.

In October 2008, American Media sold the defunct supermarket tabloid to a newly formed investment group named Bat Boy LLC.

This newspaper is owned by Bat Boy LLC.
