Flex was a USA magazine covering Fitness.
The final issue of Flex Magazine was published in April 2018, when owner American Media shut it down and incorporated some of its content into Muscle & Fitness magazine. Flex showed bodybuilders how to add size and symmetry with champion level results. Flex was a 'hardcore bodybulding' title launched in 1983 as a spinoff from Muscle & Fitness.
