Two More Plead Guilty In Luzerne County Corruption Case

"There are two more guilty pleas in the Luzerne County federal corruption investigation.

Former Chief Deputy Clerk Bill Brace pleaded guilty in federal court in Scranton Wednesday. Brace admitted to taking a $1,500 custom made suit to steer work to a local contractor.

He faces a possible 10 years in prison and a quarter million dollars in fines when he's sentenced in March.

Also pleading guilty, former Luzerne County Human Services Director Doug Richards. Richards admitted to taking a $1,000 bribe to help a contractor get a county contract.

He also faces a $250,000 fine and 10 years behind bars."
