WYZZ TV 43 is a TV station in Peoria, Illinois, USA airing Fox network programs, local news and weather.

WYZZ TV 43 is the Fox network affiliate station serving the Peoria and Bloomington area of central Illinois. The station is operated by Nexstar Media Group but owned by Cunningham Broadcasting, a business closely linked with Sinclair Broadcast Group. With the exception of WYZZ, Sinclair operates all of the 15 stations owned by Cunningham Broadcasting and Cunningham is controlled by trusts in the name of Sinclair founder Julian Smith's children. Sinclair effectively uses Cunningham to evade FCC regulations on television station ownership.
WMBD TV 31, owned by Nexstar Media Group, is the sister station of WYZZ. The two stations share staff, a website and studio facilities on North University Street in Peoria.
